Our unique coaching model provides structure and systems to help the coach become a leader in transforming building-wide teacher practice.
We match each leadership team with a dedicated mentor to provide ongoing, individualized program consulting support. This expert allows you to make the most of DLP, guiding you through your change management efforts.
Additionally, your mentor will provide engaging professional learning for all teachers through custom learning workshops.
In partnership with Google and pilot schools, we’ve built a suite of custom tools to make the coaching process actionable and transparent. The suite of tools allows your team to work more efficiently, track progress, and clearly communicate goals and accomplishments.
Participants will gain expertise through a comprehensive curriculum comprised of online and offline training throughout the year.
Participate in group calls with other administrators and a dedicated program mentor where you'll gain ideas for amplifying the impact coaching has in your school. You'll share ideas for supporting your coach as well as learn how to use data to measure impact.
